I'm Dave,

Creator of the HRD2KILL Training Programs. Having come home from Afghanistan with a back and knee injury, I never realized how much it would affect my life.  

After a week long bout of not being able to get out of bed, I decided to dedicate myself to understanding my injuries and went down a long path of self-study, reflection and implementation. 

Now, I play with my kids, participate in the sports I want to compete in and enjoy life exponentially more.
